she ain't what she seems
in the mist of the morning blues
birds singing an ode to the ancient gods
older men can't hear the joyful melody
get lost in the painful minute
in a room full of selfish mirrors
falling down, crashing inside
no reflection they show
answers on the bottom of an empty cup
papers too dumb to solve problems
don't wish to repeat
midnight dreams laughing back
falling and counting time
eggshell bursts open
surprise nobody can see
skin as a piece of paper
missing so hard, stomach hurts
trodden pathway through the field
of the feet that walked before me
and an open window among these ruin

Never Free Never Free

surface of the water deadly still
grey leaves leaping along shore
trying to hear any sound
noiseless space
or deaf ears?

reading words long since written
even now making perfect sense
half opened mouth
murmuring the rhymes

if I am given freedom
a choice to live in time
why do I ponder here?
approving chains over me

since forever, never free
in man's web playing still
until the thought turns up:
"this is not me!"

Love Away Love Away

broken hearts eating of silver plates
dancing shoes wanting to dance
scent of the nights under the pale moon
nothing but a wish
all the romances written, but never lived
feet in the grass
gentle steps of roots underground
silent heart falling in love
summer dress in the closet
only memories it carries
tears in the windy weather
letters for everyday apart
no time on earth to really be with somebody
steps swept by rain
only a moment of joy
in the windy night
with a hand on the back
and a lover away

"Yellow is the color of sunshine. It's associated with joy, happiness, intellect, and energy.
Yellow produces a warming effect, arouses cheerfulness, stimulates mental activity, and generates muscle energy. Yellow is often associated with food. Bright, pure yellow is an attention getter, which is the reason taxicabs are painted this color. When overused, yellow may have a disturbing effect; it is known that babies cry more in yellow rooms. Yellow is seen before other colors when placed against black; this combination is often used to issue a warning. In heraldry, yellow indicates honor and loyalty. Later the meaning of yellow was connected with cowardice."
